Property Compliance Inspections

Asbestos Surveys
At A&D Fire and Compliance, we provide a full range of asbestos surveying services to help you manage asbestos risks and meet your legal responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
All surveys are carried out by David Woolford, a qualified P402 Asbestos Surveyor with extensive experience across estates, property compliance and health and safety.
David is trained and competent in undertaking all standard asbestos survey types, and applies a practical, risk-based approach tailored to each building type and use.
We offer:
- Management Surveys – for ongoing asbestos risk management in occupied buildings
- Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) Surveys – prior to any construction, renovation or demolition work
- Targeted/Partial Surveys – where specific areas are being accessed or worked on
